Anwar Ehtesham

Anwar Ehtesham is a renowned street photographer and documentary storyteller known for capturing raw, authentic moments of everyday life. His powerful imagery has been featured in leading publications, newspapers, and photography platforms worldwide, including a digital exhibition by a prominent U.S.-based magazine. In January 2025, he released his debut photo book, HOPES AND DREAMS: Stories from the Streets of Dhaka — a moving collection of 121 street photographs blending documentary depth with human emotion. The book received wide acclaim from national media and helped solidify his reputation in the photography world. His work has also appeared in campaigns for two major multinational brands. Beyond his photography, Anwar serves as a curator for two influential Instagram street photography hubs — WeGallery Photos®︎ and Street Photography Gallery — where he actively shapes and promotes the global street photography community.
