College Mentoring Experience was founded in 2014 by long-time Austin resident Bernard Lilly because of his concern for the high rate of school dropouts and graduation rates of students. This vision launched the creation of a mentoring organization with the mission "To help students WIN!”. It has always been about the kids and providing them with a fair opportunity to have a chance at success.
