Leili Arya

Leili Arya is a 17 year old in Boston, Massachusetts. Leili is a ISI Competitive Figure Skater, with 14 years of experience. When she is not taking her own lessons, she is coaching Learn to Skate classes. Leili teaches group classes for all ages and levels, as well as specializing in 1:1 lessons. Leili’s passion for psychology started off with purchasing a couple of psychology books online, all the way to getting actual hands on experience working in the field. She wanted to use her psychology findings and experiences to help others, which she decided to post on social media. She publishes original content based on figure skating and mental health, two things she loves. Leili aims to bring new awareness to mental health, striving to normalize the human experience in a impactful way.
