I. PRE-PRODUCTION We schedule project timelines and we'll ask that you send your products to our studio while we finalise the remaining concept ideas. After that, we'll create your mood board for approval & arrange other shoot elements prior to the scheduled shoot date. II. SHOOTING Once the mood board and the quote are approved, we will start creating! Shoots can run anywhere between 1 day or a matter of weeks depending on the number of assets. III. POST-PRODUCTION All post production is done in house. You will get to check the content before final delivery. Once the rest of payment is done we send your new assets via a downloadable link. You have 5 business days to provide any revisions or until the project is considered finalised.

DO YOU PROVIDE RAW FILES? We don't provide RAW files. The images we shoot is often unfinished & the magic happens in post production. Having unfinished photos are of no use and with that, we want the best for our clients. DO YOU WORK WITH INTERNATIONAL BRANDS? Yes! We work for clients from all over world. All you need to do is send us your products and we will manage the rest. WHAT KIND OF REVISION I CAN ASK FOR? Up to 1 round of revision can be provided without any additional charges. After that, each will be charged separately. HOW LONG IT TAKES TO DELIVER THE CONTENT? It depends on the project's size. It could be completed in 3-5 days or can take 2-3 weeks too. We would recommend you to book atleast 2 weeks before prior to the shoot date. WILL I GET THE PRODUCTS BACK AFTER THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED? That’s up to you. In case you wish the products to be sent back to you, please make sure to provide us with a pre-paid shipping label. We are not accountable for shipping back you.
