Northern New Mexico grown, an ever curious, ongoing student of herbal & plant medicines from around the world, as well as somatic embodiment modalities to share.
"On my healing journey years ago, I was seeking intention, comfort & nurturing, and I was needing deep presence, I was needing to be held & heard and with this reflection, this is what I intend to bring to people on their healing journeys too, we all deserve this."
Finding joy in offering my training in Massage Therapy & Natural Therapies, ranging from Chinese Medicine, Myofacsial release, Cranial Sacral therapy, Hot stone therapy, Reflexology, Polarity Energy balancing therapy, Reiki Therapy.
Being a Natural Therapeutic Specialist open many pathways and branches for me to be of service and help those in my community thankfully~

The Beauty Way of the earth draws me, and guides me in the work that I am called to share. Deep river desert beds, mountains and hills of Northern New Mexico grew me, and luckily my first workings and teachings with herbal medicines started at a very young age, with my own mother, Jerrie~whom I am deeply grateful for in my spirit for sharing the intricate world of plants.
There is a saying which shares that our way of giving and loving is also our very own medicine...this would explain why my love and connection with natural therapy and body healing started by me asking my parents for gentle back and head massages at such a young age...
My eldest brother went on to train for bodybuilding and strongman competitions around when I was asking for these natural ways of healing to be lovingly done to me, and he would always ask for me to step on his back and massage his head and shoulders. Looking back on my life, this has been my path all along & I am humbled to share with you ~ B

These ancient sciences blend the philosophies that we are made up of earth, fire, water, air and ether(space). Knowing what your influences are from these elements can guide you into coming into more harmony & healthy balance within your body, mind, and spirit. We can dive into this through questions & talking through what you're experiencing in this season, as well as looking into what elements you are influenced by from a macro perspective by looking into your natal birth chart. This also is highlighted in your body type, your diet, ethnicity, land you grew up on & so much more-all of which bodywork helps us integrate & move with better ~

Postpartum Care 💚
Offering a variety of support for new mama's & baby~ baby & mama massage, nutrition support for aiding digestion after going through birth~ caregiving support, making food, helping around the house, breastfeeding support~sitz & herbal epsom salt baths, herbal integration through teas, supplements and tinctures for calm and ease for mama & whole family- as well as offering emotional support skills (that my schooling granted me with to learn) and a listening ear to comfort new mothers, babies, and extended family~

Listening to the human body is my greatest teacher, which I am discovering more and more.
In this, I invite you into ceremony to listen to your body as well. Inviting us both to create a soft and sacred space for you to unfold and release things that may be holding you back from growth, love, healing and overall health and wellbeing.
This ceremony space welcomes plant medicines and herbs and is revered and honored in the highest form. For they were here before us & have so much to teach us.
