Josh Parel has always known he wanted to be in the hospitality industry. A graduate of Johnson & Wales, he has done a little bit of everything in the food industry. A fun fact: He worked at a restaurant where the menu was bacon based and he is Jewish! He loves seeing so many customers happy – especially enjoying his awesome screamalicious #icecream or a Chili Man chili dog (the best chili dog in Charlotte).
