Gavin is a results-driven arts leader with a decade of experience in national ballet companies. Known for his all-in approach and creativity, he has worked with top choreographers and directors to bring major productions to life. As a former Director of London Vocational Ballet School, Gavin combines financial acumen, innovative branding strategies, and operational expertise to inspire teams and deliver results. Now as Chief Operating Officer at Fundamentally Dance, Gavin oversees the key organisational functions, driving the company’s vision to revolutionise the art form through innovative approaches and productions. Passionate about elevating the arts, he thrives on revitalising ambition and process, working closely with teams and stakeholders to shape a bold future for dance. Gavin also sits on the Board of Yorkshire Dance as Chair of the Finance and HR Subcommittee. Yorkshire Dance is an ACE NPO which champions the value of dance as a medium to support happiness and health. Gavin continues to support other dance organisations in the wider sector in a consultancy capacity.
