Joshua Sason

Joshua Sason is a tenured entrepreneur and investor who, at 22 years old, launched a bootstrapped investment business out of his bedroom and in a few short years, turned Magna into an internationally renowned credit hedge fund HQ’d in New York City. In 2019, he exited the credit businesses to focus full time on building his real estate enterprise, The Sason Organization (“Sason”) which has acquired ~2M of commercial real estate in nine markets throughout the US. In 2025, Josh launched SUMA | The Property Experience Company to elevate how people engage with property across asset classes and geographies through intentional design and operations. Josh credits his spirituality and consciousness for the consistent ability to achieve what many would deem impossible. He writes, blogs and speaks regularly on how to elevate personal consciousness as a leader and how to develop teams and organizations that thrive in moments of challenge and are capable of generating miraculous results.
