My goal for these classes is to bring you back to yourself, by giving you time to check in and connect, through movement, the breath, and much more. I want you to feel at home in my classes and for them to be a really safe landing place in your week. New to yoga? You are more than welcome. My classes consist of gentle, thematic yoga flows, accompanied by a soft soundtrack, in small group classes in a beautiful studio space. I will be there to guide you and answer questions as we go.
