I believe in clear, upfront pricing. Before any work begins, we take a moment to make sure we both understand what you need and what the outcome should look like. No guessing, no surprises — just steady, reliable help you can count on.
Standard Service Fee — $20
Covers travel, arrival, and the time it takes to get oriented and confirm the plan for the visit.
The Standard Service Fee only applies when I come to your home.
If the task can be handled entirely by phone or online, there’s no visit fee — just the flat rate for the task itself.
Flat Rates for Common Tasks
All work is billed at simple, upfront flat rates so you always know the cost before I begin.
- Phone calls, scheduling, or follow‑ups — $10–$15 each
- Paperwork sorting or organizing — $25 per session
- Forms, online tasks, or account help — $20–$40 depending on complexity
- Errands or pick‑ups — $15 + mileage
- Household coordination or check‑ins — $25 per visit
(Examples: receiving a delivery, letting in a repair person, or checking on the home while you’re away.)
My goal is to provide dependable help with clear expectations, fair pricing, and the same level of communication and understanding I’ve built my reputation on for over twenty years.
Household Help Session — $60
A focused session of up to 90 minutes where I handle whatever needs attention — calls, paperwork, reminders, sorting, planning, or general household support. Most sessions take less than an hour, but the price stays the same.
What to Expect When I’m in Your Home
When I’m working in your home, I keep things clear and accountable. I let you know when I arrive, when I step out, and when I return. You don’t need to respond unless you want to — it’s simply how I document my day and make sure you always know what’s happening.
I treat your home with the same respect I showed my contracting clients for years: steady communication, careful attention, and a clear understanding of the task before I begin. If anything unexpected comes up, I check in with you first so we stay on the same page.
My goal is to make you feel comfortable, informed, and confident that your home — and your time — are being handled with care.
