✨ BOOKING & PAYMENT Your appointment is secured with a $20 non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. ✨ CANCELLATION POLICY Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations/reschedules will incur a $25 fee. (failure to pay this fee will result in a ban from future bookings). If you paid in full and cancel, 50% of your payment will be retained. ✨ RESCHEDULING One reschedule is allowed per appointment. A second attempt to reschedule will result in cancellation and require a new deposit to book again. ✨ PAYMENT METHODS Remaining balances accepted via Zelle, Debit Card, or Cash. Apple Pay is not accepted. ✨ SATISFACTION & CARE Your results are a reflection of BOTH application and proper prep/aftercare.
