APPOINTMENT POLICY
BOOKING & PAYMENT:
- Your appointment is confirmed upon full payment or a $20 deposit.
- If deposit is made, the remaining balance is due at the time of appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancellations.
- To cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- If you paid in full and cancel, 50% of the payment will be retained.
RESCHEDULING:
- Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $15 late rescheduling fee.
- You are allowed 1 reschedule. For a second reschedule attempt, the appointment will be cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- Remaining balances are accepted by Debit Card, Zelle, or Cash only.
SATISFACTION & CARE:
- Your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that proper care is essential to maintaining your spray tan's longevity.
- Care maintenance instructions will be received in your confirmation email.
