I'm Katy, a massage therapist with over six years of experience and a background in nursing, specializing in aged care, pediatrics, and allied health/rehabilitation. At Renewed, I offer tailored remedial massage techniques to address chronic pain, injury recovery, and relaxation. You will be greeted like a long lost friend by Harley, my friendly beaglier, who on request can stay in the massage room to help you relax during your session. If you make an online booking as a new client you will be sent a New Client Intake Form. This will allow us to prepare for your treatment prior to coming in. We will spend time talking with you prior to getting your massage to make sure your massage is completely tailored to your specific needs. Please allow extra time for a discussion prior to and upon completion of your massage. Because if you have booked a 60 minute massage you will have 60 minutes spent on being massaged!

HOW CAN I CLAIM MY MASSAGE FROM MY HEALTH FUND? You can claim your massage through your health fund. However, you will need to pay the full amount upfront at the time of your appointment. After your payment, we will provide you with a detailed invoice, which you can submit to your health fund provider for reimbursement. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY MASSAGE SESSION? We primarily use the Square payment system, which accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay. While we prefer payments through Square for a seamless transaction, we also accept cash if necessary.
