Theo I teach yoga as a practice of feeling rather than performing. My background is rooted in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, shaped by studies with Liliana Nuno and the OSSEUS path, which explores the relationship between the body and gravity through skeletal awareness, support, and natural movement. I have trained within the Ashtanga tradition through Mysore-style practice and workshops with teachers such as Petri Räisänen and Isa Guitana, with a focus on adjustments, traditional lineage, and subtle awareness in practice. My understanding of the body is further informed by studies in Ayurvedic massage and therapeutic touch, deepening my sensitivity to how touch, pressure, and attention influence movement and the nervous system. In my teaching, I guide students toward sensing support, weight, and direction in the body, allowing movement to become more natural, efficient, and clear. My classes offer space to slow down, observe, and explore practice from within.
