Hi, I’m Audra—an American-Dutch certified yoga teacher with over two decades of experience in hatha, ashtanga, and restorative yoga. My teaching philosophy is simple: it’s not about the poses we can achieve, but how we move through life with joy, accountability, and a sense of purpose. As a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and someone who has navigated chronic depression and hormonal disorders, I bring a deeply empathetic approach to guiding individuals through life’s transitions—no matter your gender or pronoun assignment.
