Who We Are: We are an impact-driven organization dedicated to supporting single-parent entrepreneurs, particularly those working on UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). What We Do: We provide no-cost luxury housing and resources to single-parent entrepreneurs across the USA and UK, creating an environment where they can thrive and focus on growing their businesses. Why We Do: We first challenge Mills' theory on stages of refinement by rejecting the notion that social and individual progress follows a fixed, linear path, advocating instead for a more dynamic, non-hierarchical approach that recognizes the unpredictable and transformative potential of unconventional paths. This approach also appeals to power players who subscribe to Mills’ mindset, as they understand the necessity of curated exposure in shaping competent, insightful leaders.

Structurally and systematically, outside of a curated and pioneering initiative like CRII, class exclusion stifles the disadvantaged. Using concepts and theories from studies throughout my Organizational Leadership degree at a university ranked #1 for innovation, CRII was birthed to actualize the advantages that were once a barrier to entry specifically for the single-parent entrepreneur.

Adichie advocates for empathy by hearing more complete stories. The CRII housing initiative is informed by this principle and includes participatory design and policymaking that directly involves single parents and entrepreneurs around the globe, ensuring their voices shape the solutions.

CRII is expanding our Corporate Social Responsibility internationally to address global challenges such as poverty, unemployment, and lack of access to resources.
