Ca' Sale is a large villa immersed in the beautiful location of the Saline Ettore Infersa di Marsala, a magical place for breathtaking sunsets, to enjoy a walk along the entire bike path and have an aperitif overlooking the Egadi (Favignana , Levanzo e Marettimo) and Mozia islands. The Saline area is also suitable for Bird watching, Pink Flamingos that color and embellish the view twice a year. Access directly to the Saline street makes it unique from a landscape point of view. The property is 5 km (10 minutes drive) from the Trapani-Birgi Airport Walking in 2 minutes you can reach the Pier for Mozia island, an archaeological site of great importance. It is located near the main schools of Kite Surfing. A 10-minute walk away you can walk to various equipped beaches that offer aperitifs directly on the beach. A minute's walk away is restaurant and the Mamma Caura Mill where you can enjoy a prestigious view of the Ettore Infersa Salt Pans.

Ca' Sale Holiday Home is a beautiful villa in a unique place in the world. The philosophy that was adopted when we designed it was to make it totally integrated into the surrounding landscape. A great strength of Ca' Sale is that it is equipped with solar panels, photovoltaic panels and has a water recycling system. Furthermore, all the materials with which it was built are sustainable. For us, the most important thing is that you feel comfortable, but with the knowledge that saving water and saving energy are necessary for the health of our planet and for future generations

Ca' Sale is divided into two independent housing units Ca' Marie and Ca' Anto, equipped with all the comforts to make your holidays unique while respecting the environment and with low impact on our planet. Ca' Sale is designed to offer sustainable stays, it is equipped with solar and thermal panels and air conditioners, induction plates and a water saving system. Renovated in May 2023, it includes a garden, a terrace, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom for each of the two houses. The structure has private parking.

We are Sarah and Chiara two sisters who love their land. Making known about the wonders of Sicily is a pleasure we want to convey. Our motto is: Enjoy Sicily and leave it better than you found it.
