POLICY: 📍CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. For brow services - 72 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule & transfer deposit to another day. For training - MINIMUM of 6 week notice must be given in order to transfer the deposit to a different date. The deposit is forfeited if the required notices aren’t given in the above mentioned timeframes. If notice isn’t given by the previously mentioned timeframes, a new deposit will need to be made if you wish to schedule again. The deposit is transferable but NOT refundable to a future date as long as 72 hours notice is given for brow services and 6 week notice for training classes. **THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES OR TRAINING PERFORMED. NO CALL NO SHOW: Deposit is forfeited. No future appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will NOT receive a refund. You may schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. If a deposit was not given, a fee will be charged before you can schedule again. This fee is $100-$200 (subject to change at any time without notice) Please understand that this is a beauty treatment that requires time & patience and can result in me running behind schedule depending on the client I have ahead of you. If you are traveling to me & have to catch a flight, please allow enough time in case your appointment runs longer than expected. I like to take my time with each client.
