Ébby

Ébby is a multidisciplinary artist who specializes in weaving together moments that connect to both the body and soul. Spanning genres such as RnB, jazz and soul, they have dedicated their craft towards storytelling in a way that highlights the influence that their Cameroonian heritage has on their art. They have had the opportunity to participate in the Produced By Youth Advanced program where they learned to develop, finance, schedule and disseminate a music project. Since then, they have released their debut single “Tonight” which they have performed at Pieces of Us and Luscious Creatures. Now, Ébby is working on their debut album “Lover’s Demise”, out on Valentine’s Day. This album centres a queer African love tale, incorporating different languages like French and English in a pursuit to make it accessible to listeners in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. With a great love for music and an insistance on being heard, Ébby is determined to leave a lasting impact on the world.
