Hey there! First off, thank you so much for stopping by my page—I’m so glad you’re here! A little about me: Before having my daughter, I lost 105 lbs. Then, during pregnancy, I fully embraced the journey and gained back 65 lbs—but guess what? I lost it all within 10 months! More recently, I gained nearly 30 lbs while I was on an anxiety medication. After switching meds and refocusing on my fitness, I’ve shed that weight and continue to make progress. I share this to let you know that I’ve been through multiple weight loss journeys, and I truly understand the challenges.
