Jessica Hatchett

Jessica is an adaptive leader, continuous learner and customer service and sales expert. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Baylor University. Throughout her educational experience, she honed her leadership skills, collaborative working style, and strong communication capabilities. She has earned several professional certifications over the years. Jessica has knowledge and expertise in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Training, Negotiations, Marketing, Real Estate and Sales. Jessica worked 8+ years as a residential Realtor and Consultant in Austin, Texas where she perfected her customer service and relationship building skills by working as a sought after Buyer’s Agent. In 2021 she worked as a Quality Assurance Manager for the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) for the Formula 1 Race. Jessica also has over 7 combined years of retail and hospitality work experience. She has been working in retail in some capacity since she was 16 years old. If you know her family history you know that retail is in her blood. Most recently Jessica worked as a Retail Leader + Assistant Manager at LOFT, a leading retailer in women’s fashion and style.
