I'm also a professional speaker, entrepreneur, educator, and taco lover. 🌮 In 2021, I founded Light Echo Co. to help purpose-driven leaders and organizations transform work and the workplace. I enjoy sparking new ways of thinking through my keynotes, workshops, business strategy, and coaching. And I love illuminating in the classroom as professor at Penn State.
