Kintsugi is the art of repairing broken pottery with gold, silver, or platinum lacquer; also it is a philosophy that breakage and repair is part of the beauty and history of an object, to be appreciated rather than disguised. Mudita, in Japanese, represents sincere and wholehearted joy experienced in taking pleasure in the success, happiness, or wellbeing of others. Kintsugi, I see it like a stained glass, like a kaleidoscope of colors, pottery and mosaics. But, there’s more, I see it as our wounds, our traumas, our resilience, our healing, Through yoga, breathwork, somatics, music, traveling, listening, communication, bridging gaps, business management and administrative support. I strive to support healing and success, a glue, a binding agent, bringing all the pieces together, illuminating and finding the beauty in all the pieces!

All of the parts, learning back to the whole. All my journeys and stories and who i am. Into the whole that is. Kintsugi Mudita is all that I have been, exactly what I’ve been seeking, and all that I continue to strive to be. I continue to always evolving in my own healing journey, my own Kintsugi, while also striving to support others - whether when teaching, learning, or simply in my daily interactions - taking joy in supporting others and being joyful in their success, happiness, growth, and wellbeing. My personal Mudita, being a part of the Kintsugi process with others in their own journeys.
