DEPOSIT: +$84.00 non-refundable, but transferable once with 24–48 hrs notice send e-transfer to info.lineandlore@gmail.com goes toward final cost. no deposit = no appointment

IMPORTANT NOTES + clients must be 18+, no exceptions. + please wear BLACK to your appointment + please make no plans after your appointment, as you may not make them! + if you’re breastfeeding, you’ll need permission from your doctor (risk of infection) + you must be 6 months post-accutane + no numbing cream (tattoo appointment will be rescheduled) + please disclose any blood-borne illnesses PLUS ONES: please let me know if you’re bringing a plus one. ideally, please just bring yourself as space is limited. all guests must be 18+, no exceptions.
