William E Drakus

As one of eleven children, William Drakus learned early on to be a driven self-starter who wants to improve himself and the world around him. His passion for food led him to learn the art and discipline of sushi. In 2016, William was the sushi supervisor for team dining at Delaware North EverBank Field. He honed skills that would help him in all future endeavors, including leadership, communication, data science, and management. After years of working for others and applying himself in all facets of his life, Will decided it was time to venture out on his own, and thus, Hon Sushi Catering was born. This new journey opened doors for Will to create Sushiwill Sauces, where he could bring top-quality products to the country. Each step in his career expanded his skillset, including marketing and brand promotion. William has now made the venture into technology
