CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders have a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit. If you want to make changes to a custom order it must be done at least 2 weeks prior to event date. If you want to cancel an order it may be done up to one week before your event date for a PARTIAL refund. Cancelations after that time will not be refunded. BENTO CAKES: These sales are fully refundable up to 24hrs before pickup date.
