LR-131 is a government mandate that seeks to rob Montanans of our right to make private health care decisions and criminalizes our medical professionals. If passed by Montana voters during the statewide election on Tuesday, November 8, it would introduce extreme penalties for providers who do not tear a dying infant away from its grieving parents in order to perform futile and invasive medical treatments in tragic circumstances where the infant has no chance of survival.
