Olga Lamontanara

Born in Bari, Italy, I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Arts & Cultural Management at Bocconi University, Milan. After a professional experience at New York’s prestigious BAM performing arts centre, I served as Director’s Assistant and Head of Special Projects at Scuola Holden, Turin. In 2008, I was part of the team launching TorinoFilmLab, where I worked as Head of Communication until 2018. Throughout my career, I have managed festivals, workshops and cultural events of various nature and size. Since 2019, I am a producer at Lugano-based Amka Films and Cinédokké, as well as at 8horses, Zurich. Since 2020, I am Head of Coproduction Forum for the short film initiative European Short Pitch. In 2024 I was a Producer under the Spotlight at Cannes Marché du Film's Producers Network. I am a Rotterdam Lab and Berlinale Talents Alumna, and a proud member of the European Film Academy.
