Hi, I’m Pansy Johnson, a leadership development professional and advocate for young professionals. I am a proud Arkansas native and alumna of the University of Central Arkansas. I am a finance professional and the Founder & Owner of PJMP Professional Development. Through my firm, I equip emerging leaders and growing organizations with the tools, strategy, and confidence needed to thrive. My work includes career coaching, curated networking experiences for young professionals, and leadership development training for small businesses and corporations. I am the Creator & Host of It’s A YP Thing Podcast, home of the Leadership Corner Series, where I engage in meaningful conversations with influential leaders, public servants, and industry professionals.
