Recovery and Integration
Integrate comes from the Latin “integrare,” meaning to make whole, to renew, to restore. When I say integration in psychedelics and also recovery I think of bringing back together the parts of ourselves that have been disconnected, forgotten, or fragmented by trauma, conditioning, or overwhelming experiences. ___________________________________________________________________________ I offer non-clinical support for those navigating plant medicine journeys, ketamine assisted therapy, addiction recovery, or personal transformations. Through a polyvagal focusing approach, we explore how experiences are held in the body and support their integration into everyday life, fostering lasting change. ___________________________________________________________________________ ◎ Areas of Practice: Cognitive-somatic preparation and integration · Integration while in recovery · Clinical adjacent collaboration (my role is complementary working alongside clinical settings).
