Finding calm and flow in the everyday chaos of mum life through somatic practice
Taking your motherhood journey from surviving to thriving by 1st regulating your nervous system, clearing your emotional blocks and adding systems and routines 2nd.
DO LESS. FEEL MORE.
My purpose is to help mothers and women cope with the overwhelm, anxiety and dysregulation of our modern culture
1st by releasing past trapped emotions and triggers via somatic process and nervous system regulation and then giving them simple and effective tools to live life in a state of flow, calm and joy in the everyday things.
Do you feel like you are simply thriving not surviving?
Are you constantly worn out, overwhelmed, touched out, dysregulated and anxious? Have you lost yourself to motherhood or just the monotony of adulthood? Is your mental well-being, health and vitality suffering? I feel you because I too was there. Sleep deprived, low libido, even doing fun things with friends felt too hard. Until I found somatic trauma healing and learnt how to celebrate my femininity, live in my healed archetypes and find the joy in the everyday.
My anxiety subsided, my major triggers were no longer a thing and I got back my enjoyment of life, my family, my husband and friends. I realised I can do less and have more.
The best thing is it's not all about adding more
More habits, more self care, more manifesting, more journalling. When you are overwhelmed, these simply feeling like more things to add to the never ending to-do list.
1st we start with somatic healing and embodiment practices to heal the trapped emotions and energies that are keeping you stuck in old patterns and informing your life views and limiting beliefs. Once these are healed, everything becomes so much easier without relying self control and will. Then adding in small habits, routines and practices enhances your day rather than adding to the overwhelm.
