Tianna Robinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor-Intern who works with teens and adults navigating trauma, grief, and significant life stressors. She practices from a trauma-informed perspective and provides a structured yet compassionate space for clients to process experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop a stable sense of identity.

With over fifteen years of corporate leadership experience, a background in community mental health, and experience as a former collegiate athlete, Tianna understands the impact of pressure, transition, and high expectations across life stages. She works well with individuals who may appear high-functioning externally but experience internal distress. She also supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and relational stressors.
