TwinkleTips Cancellation Terms

Appointment Cancellation Policy Deductible/Transferable/Non-Refundable Deposit of $15 due during booking/confirmation. Remaining balance due at end of service yet prior to nail art/design. Late arrival fee of $15 (deposit) applies 15 mins after beginning of booked conformed time and will be added to service upon arrival within 15 mins of tardiness unless further communicated. Deposit may be forfeited.

Late cancel/reschedule: 25% of service will be billed to account, no exceptions. No Call No Show No show fee 50% percent booking price) concur 25 minutes After booking confirmed time has began and will be canceled if no communication has rendered. To book again, past late fee will be applied to new service. Two (2) No Shows requires ban of all future appointments. LATE CANCELLATION POLICY $15 Late Arrival Fee 25% Late Cancelation Fee 50% No-show Fee All Fees Strictly Enforced if a notice is not received within reason prior to time of service (15 mins PRIOR to scheduled appointment)

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING ~

Required during bookingprior to service Please send full pictures of both hands (front and Apex view Horizontal to show sides of nail beds) and/or feet all 10 digits as a brief consultation-visual presentation used to view cuticle repair, callus and nail health prior to service to prepare any needed treatments and to better serve you. The inability to deliver will forfeit the appointment and late cancelation fee may apply. Please remove any and all traces of acrylic and or gel products before service to avoid a removal fee per service (full sets, manicure pedicure). Or be sure to book removal at time is scheduling. Please choose option Applied by another techsalon, for new or multiple tech clients. Please send 2-3, if applicable, inspiration pics within 2-4 hours prior to service to ensure tools and products are available to successfully execute.  

Add ons/Additional Services Please add any add ons during Original Booking. No additional add ons (ie, nail art, stones, length, color acrylics, pedicures, toe polish, etc) will be allowed prior to or during service to ensure proper time allocated for next client.

Pedicure Services Male Female clients please read the following thoroughly

Do not to shave legs within 48 hours prior to the appointment. Why? Shaving the legs within this time frame increases the potential presence of tiny micro-scopic abrasions that may allow portals of entry for pathogenic microbes and can increase the risk of stinging, irritation, or infection. If within the last 48 hours, waterless option will be offered, a basic pedicure that services only foot and you must reschedule the pedicure that involves a soak and legs. Weather permits, suggest to wear open-toed shoes or sandals so that polish will not be ruined immediately following the service. Gel-Shellac service requires no wait time after uvled curing. Salon disposable sandals and separators will be provided and disposed post-service.

Mobile Service/Travel Fees Travel fee starts at $45 within 5 miles of listed address (see Google) and must be booked as an addition to service. Additional $5 per 1 mile. Travel Fees are typically due before service and are non-refundable via Zelle or PayPal. Mobile service are provided to current mobile clients, VIP, Elders and Handicap only. All services currently available for mobile requests. All request must be verbally approved by technician prior to service by call, email or text for appointment booking to be valid.

Before/After Hours Service

There is a $35 unscheduled hours fee from 11pm to 9am. Contact tech for info. reserve the right to cancel any appointment with proper professional communication and understanding prior to service.
