He runs a music organisation called “Working Szn” which features a roster of accomplished producers within the Jazz and instrumental world including Epifania (with over 500,000 monthly listeners), Mensing (44,000), Paklite and D’larm to name but a few Complementing this talent ensemble is Tee's very own live band, aptly named "The Working Class." Their distinctive sound effortlessly fuses jazz vibes, classic 90s hip-hop, and the contemporary currents of UK rap and poetry

Over the course of five dedicated years living by the mantra of "Working Szn," he's graced prestigious stages, from intimate Sofar Sounds sessions to the illustrious Royal Albert Hall. His journey boasts standout moments, including a captivating double bill at the Great Exhibition Road Festival, festival appearances in Germany, and headline performances at Soho House (Brixton) and Sofar Sounds. Notably, Tee Peters made his mark at the Love Supreme Festival, commanding the Emerging Artist stage. What sets Tee Peters apart is his unwavering commitment to crafting epic live experiences. His dynamic live band comprises ten exceptionally talented musicians, weaving together harp, keys, flute, sax, and additional vocals to create a versatile and mesmerizing live spectacle.
Helping Young People Develop their creative skills
He also is the Programme Manager for the music project Wired4Music, hosted by the Non Profit Organisation Sound Connections who are a sector leading charity set up to support the music education strand in England and help young musicians develop in their careers. Tee programmes opportunities for development and is a exceptional facilitator giving out free 1:1 advice sessions and work experience programmes
