My year's objectives are to improve technology teams and processes. I aim to create a psychologically safe, fast-paced environment that encourages experimentation and embraces failure as a learning opportunity. My main focus is making data-driven decisions and fostering the career growth of team members. I advocate for a DevSecOps mindset, incorporating shift-left security, automated pipelines, SRE principles, and engineering capabilities to achieve this. I believe in empowering team members to push the boundaries, challenge the status quo, and embrace change, giving them more autonomy, responsibility, and 360 feedback while ensuring a healthy work-life balance. As a software craftsman, I enjoy working on projects that benefit other developers, engineers, and leaders.
