SOUND HEALING ✺ BREATHWORK ✺ SOMATIC DANCE ✺
with Ré Rose @ altar.of.arrival

Let's Breathe
Breathwork is a somatic exploration practice of mindfully affecting our breathing pattern to tap into the subtleties of our inner workings and our outer world. It becomes an invitation to reclaim safety within our bodies and sit with the Medicine of the Self.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF...
✺ You are ready to make amends with your past, give yourself some grace, and own the god(dess)-tier wisdom your story has to offer you, highlights, trauma, cringe and all
✺ You want to breathe into peace, power, and purpose and harness the Gift of Now
✺ You’re over the hustle and quick fixes, and actually believe in the power of rest and experiential wisdom to hold lasting change
Breathwork is holistic and experiential, meaning it touches on our physical, mental, emotional, (and spiritual) well being, with each journey its own unique experience.

You are the Altar
There is a deeper healing within us that emerges when we separate our worth from output. Coiled beneath piled on layers of conditioned shame and disbelief lies great pleasure. This pleasure is boundless, awake, intuitive, ready to dance with our frivolity and our sensibility. It does not understand perfection, and so, bears no mind to our perception of lack and instead loves and moves and blends with us as fully and freely as we would allow.
It was borne of us. Its sole desire is to breathe through us and serve as our medicine.
As artists, activists, aspirationists, as humans, we benefit our causes, our projects, our inner circles, ourSelves by slowing down and tuning into our unique trueness. Not just when the work is done, not just when we've “earned" it or saved up enough, not when no one is looking, but as part of our work...in service to our Self in service to all.
Stay up to date
ALTAR of ARRIVAL is an invitation to dig in and claim our multifaceted humanity, to take up richly restful, ecstatic, whole-hearted space in our rituals—the curated and mundane. May we be rooted in mindfulness, and cultivate awareness and trust toward our needs and desires. May we recognize our being as devotional altars in reverence to Life and Earth, past, present, and future… and may we inspire an insoluble urge to show up and show out for ourselves in the moment again and again.
