Anthony Lujan

Anthony captures striking images of hummingbirds that highlight their speed, detail, and unmistakable beauty. An international photographer and author, he has published several hummingbird books, and his work has been featured worldwide. His photography is known for pairing visual impact with story, inviting people to look closer and care more. Anthony also advocates for hummingbirds and serves on the Board of Directors of the International Hummingbird Society, where he helps advance preservation efforts as co-chair of the Conservation Committee. He has photographed an impressive range of hummingbirds throughout the Americas, following them across mountains, forests, and remote corners of the continent, always chasing feathers and the feeling that comes with witnessing something truly alive.

Anthony has photographed throughout the United States and internationally in Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Dubai, Guatemala, Hungary, India, Italy, Mexico, Peru and Trinidad and Tobago.
