About Me
My movement journey began as a competitive dancer in Houston and grew into a lifelong passion for fitness and wellness. I earned my B.S. in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Austin, then gained hands-on experience in one of Dallas’ top orthopedic and sports rehabilitation clinics.
With a background blending dance, physical therapy, and exercise science, I gravitated toward Pilates for its seamless balance of strength, control, and longevity.
I completed my 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification while pregnant with my son, an experience that deepened my understanding of pre + postnatal movement. I teach proper reconnection to the deep core and pelvic floor with all my clients!
My goal for my clients is to walk away not just stronger, but more in tune with their body.
