Hello, I'm Iñaki, known as Aske Izan. My roots stretch back to Villa Gesell, a seaside town in Argentina that profoundly shapes my identity. My artistic alias, "Aske Izan," translates from the Basque language as "be free," a guiding principle that defines my musical journey. From my early days in local bands to immersing myself in the electronic music scene, music has been my constant companion. My musical journey is a collective effort, woven by the support of a diverse community of artists. Notably, my tracks have found homes on respected labels like The Soundgarden, 3rd Avenue, Erased Tapes, Hungarian Hot Wax, and more, each contributing to the tapestry of my music. One release that holds a special place in my heart is "Future Generations." This EP goes beyond music—it's about the future generations in all realms, with a particular focus on the music world, where I serve as a musician, producer, and DJ. It's an exploration of connecting with the future generations, seeking a profound bond that transcends time and space.
