BAS RUIZ

Born and raised in Mexico City, Bas Ruiz is a multidisciplinary artist whose work focuses around desire, sensuality and intimacy. In his own words, “Desire is the truest form of human emotion, it empowers everything we do and connects us with our true selves”. As the son of a photographer, photography became his native language, not spending a day without a camera in his hands throughout his life.
