Butterfly Bliss Appointments Terms and Conditions

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and a caring experience. Please review them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

Appointments must be scheduled through our designated booking platform: 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 All appointments require prepayment to secure your session. Payment details are provided during the booking process. If you are currently enrolled in the 𝟯𝟵𝟭𝗦𝗧𝟮𝗝𝗢𝗜𝗡 $0.00 is due at this time. Sessions are offered on a first-pay, first-serve basis. Early scheduling is encouraged to secure your preferred time.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successfully booking your session. Please review the details to ensure accuracy. A reminder will be sent 24 hours before your session. Please be kind, respect us both and be on time.

Clients may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Use the booking platform or contact us directly to make changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in a forfeited fee. No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to a suspension of future booking privileges.

Sessions are conducted virtually or in a designated office location agreed upon in advance. Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to accommodate the schedule. Respectful communication and engagement are essential to fostering a productive coaching relationship.

For non-urgent matters, you may contact me via email or text. Please allow up to 8 business hours for a response. Use the "Note to Coach" option in the booking platform to share insight into the matter or anything related to your upcoming session. Personal visits to my home, office or non-designated locations, including my personal residence, are not permitted and will not be accommodated under any circumstances.

All sessions are conducted in a private and confidential manner. Strict trust and privacy are of utmost importance, and any personal information shared will be handled with extreme care and highest levels of professionalism.
