Ale’ta is the founder and principal consultant of Built To Rock Events headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. Ale'ta started event planning in the nonprofit sector before starting her business nearly 10 years ago. Ale'ta has 14 years of professionally planning special events with more than 400 guests in attendance. Clients served include nonprofits, business owners, civic/professional organizations, faith-based organizations and corporations. Ale’ta holds a bachelors degree in Advertising/Public Relations. She has earned an Event Management & Design Certificate and holds a First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification.

Proposal Following the consultation, you will receive a custom proposal to review. Step 3. Contract & Retainer When you’re ready to rock, you can sign the contract and pay the 50% retainer fee. *** We value working with our clients and will accept bookings five months or more from your event date. For day-of coordinator services, we accept bookings up to two months or more from your event date. ***
