Dynamic Coaching
For those ready to embrace transformative breakthroughs exactly when they arise, this custom coaching is designed to meet you in real time and offers access to guidance that keeps pace with your life’s most pivotal moments. It includes an in-depth planning session, two progress sessions, and most importantly support via text for 30 days for real-time feedback for your thoughts and questions.
Different Coaching "skins" through Roleplay
Here’s where the fun begins—you get to choose the “skin” of your coaching experience. Want to train like a Jedi mastering the Force? Approach life like a D&D campaign? Or keep it simple and grounded in everyday life? It’s up to you. Through guided storytelling and embodied techniques, we make the process engaging, personal, and effective—because the brain learns best through play than any other method—more than memorization, discipline, or reward systems—because play creates safety, curiosity, and real engagement.

Who can benefit from BodyMind Coaching
Our bodies are wonderful things that need some help and attention in order to do what needs to be done. Emotions like sadness, anger, fear, and worry can interfere with our everyday life when we don’t take the time to connect to them. It can also be scary to handle them when never have had to. + PTSD and CPTSD (especially in those with high ACE scores) + Neurodivergence: ADHD and/or Autism (in newly diagnosed women + Traumatic Brain Injury (physical impact or developmental strain) + Sustained malnutrition (lack of access to healthy foods or eating disorders) + Secondary Trauma (first responders, social workers, medical/psych workers, etc)

If Dynamic Coaching isn't available to you right now, you can still benefit from a single session or 4 weekly sessions in a row. (these spots are limited and available on a case-by-case basis.)
Why are these types of people most affected?
The simplistic scientific answer is: people that have a chronically dysregulated nervous system and are living in survival mode. It’s exhausting because the body wears down in its search for safety. It kicks off a chain reaction that disrupts sleep, digestion, moods etc; all affecting their pain management, relationships, work, and overall quality of life. And someone living in survival mode cannot see better opportunities for themselves, let alone make choices that would work so much better for their life. The choices they would make if they were thriving instead of just surviving.
