KNOW. BE. DO.
The coaching journey
KNOW.
Who are you? What is most important for you to experience at work, in life? What do you really want? Sustainable outcomes are rooted in the core of who you are, what you value, and your deep desires. Connecting to this foundational step of understanding with a mindset of awareness drives motivation to make the changes you are truly after. Once you know clearly where you are today and where you want to go, then we can build a plan to close the identified gap and reach the outcome you want.
BE.
What would the impact be of you showing up and being your TRUE self? What’s holding you back? What limiting thoughts come up for you and what is really TRUE? Being your TRUE self is key to maximizing your energy and accessing your full potential. This takes being open and willing to really dig in. You will get out what you put into this journey. Once you have identified, challenged, and removed roadblocks holding you back from showing up and playing full out, you are focused on what is really TRUE and ready to take action.
DO.
What is one step you can take to get closer to your goal? What will you feel once you reach your goal? What would support you? Each coaching session begins with a goal for our time together and ends with a plan and accountability to take action. By this point you know who you are and what you want, you are living in alignment with your TRUE self, you have engaged all of your energy, and you are ready to take off and create the sustainable change you desire! It would be an honor to partner with you on this continuous journey, one that hopefully you will learn to enjoy the process of.
LeeAnn Moody, Founder of TRUE Coaching
Leveraging over a decade of blended experience in professional client service, human capital, and leadership coaching, I bring a broad perspective that enables me to provide insight to a wide range of leaders and team members alike. With a Masters and Bachelors in Accounting from Belmont University, I began my career as a CPA and have enjoyed collaborating with teams globally, across numerous industries including manufacturing, technology, financial services, and healthcare. My passion for developing people drew me to transition into human capital, where I focused on providing career development and performance coaching as a talent consultant. After being introduced to professional coaching at a leadership retreat, I knew I was created to be a coach and found my way to being an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
I dove deeper into coaching during the third career chapter of my career as a member of the leadership team of a performance coaching company, where I brought strategy and quality to the design and execution of transformational coaching and training experiences for entrepreneurs. I am a lifelong learner with a passion for professional coaching, wakeboarding, local singer-songwriter nights, and yoga. How you do one thing is how you do everything, and I tend to go all out!
TRUE Testimonials
“LeeAnn is great at truly listening to not only what I am saying, but also what I am not. She hears what's not being said and helps me to uncover parts of myself that may be hidden. She makes me feel empowered to make choices and take actions so that I can show up as the person I really want to be. LeeAnn is great at getting me to go deeper within myself to see where I may be blocked. She has great intuition and oftentimes knows where I am going before I do. Her honest and reassuring approach makes me feel very safe and allows me to feel comfortable enough to open up and have honest conversations.” - Team Leader, Law Firm, Toronto
“LeeAnn’s listening skills are second to none. Also, LeeAnn’s ability to process information and relay it back to me in a relatable way is extremely helpful through the coaching process. By taking on LeeAnn as a professional coach I was able to work through some of my past issues which were holding me back as a business owner and a functioning individual. LeeAnn shed light on my strengths and gave me small tips which help me to grow every day.” - Small Business Owner, Food Industry, Denver
“I enjoy LeeAnn’s ability to help me create tactical solutions to my obstacles. I also value her talent of shifting my perspective without making me feel like my approach is stemming from negativity. I loved having tactical plans to approach concerns and issues that I was facing with my team. I felt confident in my approach and enjoyed having someone to discuss the opportunity with that could provide multiple perspectives.” - Small Business Owner, Branding, Franklin
“I enjoy the challenge to come up with the topic(s) of discussion and solutions/roadmaps to getting to the end goal. LeeAnn is good at steering the conversation and keeping it on topic, as well as encouraging manageable/realistic next steps so as not to overwhelm. LeeAnn empowered me to come up with the answer myself with encouragement and questions to guide. I learned that I already had the answers, I just needed to be challenged and directed to dig deep and say them out loud. I also learned that I have the control and answers, but coaching helped me pinpoint and articulate them. I gained some empowerment knowing there are not only steps that can be done, but that I am in total control of what I want to fix/my life. I like being held accountable and knowing someone is there to assist and root for me. I have found this more beneficial than traditional therapy. Coaching gives me the tools to find solutions and use the skills to grow." - Professional Development, Law Firm, Nashville
