COACH LEA

Lea is a dedicated coach with over ten years of experience, passionate about empowering individuals to learn, grow, and thrive through physical practice. Her movement journey began early, playing representative netball and competing in athletics. However, the demands of high-intensity training eventually led to physical setbacks, prompting a shift in focus. Rather than simply pushing harder, Lea became deeply committed to moving better, with purpose, awareness, and longevity in mind. Trained in the Ido Portal Method and holding certifications from Gymnastics Bodies, Lea’s coaching spans strength, skill, and mobility training — all aimed at promoting long-term health and sustainable progress. With a strong foundation in injury prevention, rehabilitation, weight training, and gymnastics strength work, her approach is both diverse and holistic. Lea’s mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools to build a strong, mobile body and a resilient mind through movement.

No matter if you’re just starting out or pursuing advanced skills like handstands, ring work, or heavy lifting, I’ll meet you where you are and help you progress with purpose. Each program is thoughtfully designed to align with your goals, movement patterns, and lifestyle, blending structure with the flexibility you need to stay consistent. An initial movement assessment will be conducted to help shape your program from the beginning, ensuring it’s tailored to your individual needs and abilities.
