about me
👋 Hey, I’m Cole.
I’m a Texas real estate attorney who helps folks fix title issues and sell land they’ve inherited (or adversely possessed)— especially when things are tangled up in old deeds, probate problems, or confusing paperwork. I also help families put their house in order through wills, trusts, and Lady Bird Deeds.
I grew up in Small Town, Texas, wandered the prodigal path, married the love of my life, started a law firm, and now we’re raising three incredible kids.
But that’s only part of the story.
I collect books and share ideas about calling, fatherhood, resistance, and what it means to live slow and faithful in a loud, busy world. Nothing flashy — just honest words from someone still walking it out— for folks who care about living well.
And beyond my small town law practice, I’m building something bigger: a law practice that allows me to be home with my family more, take Fridays off for deep writing, and make a solid living without burning out.
