The world of F&B has always been my passion since I started out as a barista, moving up as a food stylist/photographer and now as an entrepreneur and brand consultant. It is through these experiences that have shaped my understanding of the business world, providing creative inspiration and a keen sense of the market. This passion of mine has provided significant drive especially with my first enterprise of Chun Tsubaki, a creative branding agency. Growing strength to strength together with my esteemed partners, we developed several F&B concepts – Almost Famous Craft Beer Bar and Sourbombe Artisanal Bakery, each with their own iconic branding and aesthetic appeal. No doubt these experiences have equipped me with keen foresight and 360 degrees perspective on running a business. With these skills, I seek to enable F&B clients to revitalise their brand and fulfil their entrepreneurial vision. Together we can create bold concepts with innovative experiences.
