Daphne began the way a lot of good things do — in a university flat, late at night. Despite moving home to different cities, the group only became more focused, planning sessions over late FaceTimes and recording and writing together in bedrooms, garages and home studios. The result is, a project that blends classic songwriting and nostalgic textures with the intimacy of digital-age, DIY production.
