Women's Karma Self-Defense
Practical, reality-based self-defense class for women, taught by women. This monthly karma session focuses on awareness, boundary-setting, confidence, and simple, effective techniques in a safe, supportive environment. No experience or fitness level required.
6 WEEK BOOTCAMP
A small-group, fighter-fit conditioning program for women designed to build strength, endurance, and athletic performance. This 6-week program combines kettlebells, functional strength training, cardio conditioning, and bodyweight movement to help you become stronger, faster, and more confident.
