Dr Rebecca Levy

Dr Rebecca Levy’s lifelong dream was to become a doctor, and she is passionate about the integration of medicine and human relationships that forms the basis of general practice. Her interests span from shared antenatal care to aged care, skin cancer surgery and the promotion of good health from childhood and throughout life. Rebecca graduated from the University of Queensland in 2008, working then at Ipswich and Redlands hospitals before starting in general practice. In 2012, Rebecca and her husband became the owners of their first practice in Wynnum West, and in 2017 they established Manly Village Medical. Together they enjoy the unique opportunities and challenges of providing an essential service business, focussing on excellence in care and long-term sustainability. Dr Levy currently sees patients at Baywest Medical Centre on Tuesday and Thursday, and at Manly Village Medical on Wednesday and Friday.
