What doesn’t challenge me, doesn’t shape me.
Me, in a nutshell
I’ve spent the last few years at the intersection of education, climate change, gender issues, and community development in Bangladesh, gaining a rich blend of experiences that have shaped both my professional and academic journey. My path began in debate tournaments and academic events, where I represented my institutions for 14 years. It was during these intense debates and discussions that I honed my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills—skills that would later define much of my career.
While pursuing a degree in Anthropology from Jahangirnagar University, I juggled multiple roles across various sectors. From working with Content Matters Ltd. and The Daily Star to interning at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and collaborating with organizations like the International Center for Climate Change and Development and Helen Keller International, I was constantly navigating between academia and hands-on fieldwork.
Currently, I’m a Program Lead at 10 Minute School, the largest EdTech platform in Bangladesh. It’s been an exciting six years with the company, and now I lead the Content Academics team where I focus on connecting students with opportunities. Every day presents new challenges and chances to innovate within the education sector, and I’m passionate about helping learners thrive.
Outside of work, I dive into research on topics that fascinate me—education, gender equality, climate change, and social issues. Whether I’m in the field conducting studies or brainstorming solutions behind a computer screen, I’m committed to making a difference. Multitasking comes naturally to me; I thrive in environments where no two days are the same.
And when it comes to taking on new tasks, I’m the kind of person who doesn’t believe in saying ‘no’—I see every project, whether research or management, as an opportunity to learn and grow.
